Identifying the needs. Publicly-held companies have special accounting and audit requirements. First, they are required to file annual audited financial statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Then, they are required to file quarterly reports on Form 10-Q with SEC, and those reports must be reviewed by the companies' independent auditors. Then, the SEC accounting and reporting requirements are more stringent than those normally required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Fees for services... We charge reasonable fees that are commensurate with the value received, and are comparable to those of other reputable CPA firms. The fees are based on the hourly rates for the person performing the work, plus direct out of pocket expenses, and will vary according to the time required to complete the work. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill. In some instances, fixed or contingent fees are available. Engagement letters are required for all work undertaken by the firm.
